LORI DIAMOND ART PROUDLY SELLS HER COOL KIDS MASKS
As a visionary artist and designer, Lori Diamond always sees more than meets the eye!
This is why during the current Coronavirus pandemic, in which most of us are wearing masks for protection, Diamond has pivoted LoriDiamondArt, by designing masks for breast cancer patients, as well as young children.
“I had already designed a fabric line, but had a much different vision of what I would do with it,” the kind-hearted Diamond, recently revealed. “After this pandemic occurred, I asked myself, “How can I help others?”
Once she discovered that children had contracted COVID-19, she knew that she needed to make “magical protective masks.”
This is something she took personally. “I put myself in the shoes of a 10-year-old boy or girl who has to wear a mask everywhere I went. I already had lots of Unicorn and Caticorn designs printed on fabric,” says Diamond, “and so I worked day and night to make decorative masks that children would not only wear but look and feel cool wearing.”
The cool kids’ masks, and other items including her custom-designed socks, are available at the Berta Sawyer clothing shop in Jenkintown, PA.
Diamond knows that her art is unique, and is inspired to use her gifts, and be grateful for them. And she appreciates the people that work with her, as well as her deeply-caring collaborating affiliating businesses.
After months of research, she was ready to begin on this new journey. “I learned and continued to learn what the public would tolerate when it came to wearing them.”
LoriDiamondArt also offers breast cancer socks and masks to help with the cause, a mission that is near and dear to the hearts of Diamond and her daughter. “I am happy that I have created a line of socks to honor breast cancer warriors and bring a dose of joy to people at a time when they need it most,” she says.
In addition to the kids’ masks, Diamond has added a magical mini hand sanitizer that clips on to belt loops, backpacks, or purses for kids or adults to carry, making it easier to access the sanitizer.
“I hope with all my heart that we can be done with masks and the world will become flipped back on its axis,” Diamond said.

LORI DIAMOND ART’S MISSION
Lori Felt, who launched her design career at 55, has already made her mark in the fashion world.
In only a few short years, her business has grown to include unique sneaker designs, a new fabric, towel, furniture, and apparel line, plus more. Lori’s numerous partnerships with charities also reveal her dedication to charitable fundraising as a part of her artistic mission.
2019 was a breakout year for Lori Diamond Art, as her merchandise has made its way to stores across the country. In an age of digital commerce, Lori remains devoted to offering unique and affordable styles for sale in brick-and-mortar stores, a commitment that stems from her desire to support buying locally and supporting our communities.
Lori’s one-of-a-kind designs can be found at numerous stores across North America, like The Mermaid Store, where her unique mermaid headbands are for sale, Baggins Shoes in British Columbia, Canada, where her exclusive high top sneakers are carried, and in stores across the Jersey shore, where other items designed by Lori are available. But Lori’s work can also be purchased online; beyond her Baggins Shoe store sneaker line (also sold in their online store), Lori Diamond Art designs are carried by Shop Vida Fashions, and her furniture designs and towels are for sale through Society 6 Apparel.
Lori has also enlisted the help of two recent collaborators for her new fabric line. In conjunction with Lori’s graphic designers, the team has produced 26 fabrics, all designed by Lori, that are available to interior designers, event and party planners, and talented seamstresses in search of the perfect fabric design for a particular occasion.
Fundraising remains at the forefront of Lori’s artistic mission, with her efforts focused on three specific areas: children with cancer, breast cancer and autism research. Lori has partnered with Designing 4 Hope with the mission of designing customized apparel geared specifically towards children battling cancer. Her desire is to have these designs available throughout hospitals with the goal of offering custom clothes for patients and their families to wear throughout the treatment and recovery process to help boost morale.
Designs by Lori have been featured in such publications as Bride Guide, BOLD Favor, and more. Be on the lookout for additional coverage in the months to come as Lori unveils a new line of designs!
